    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory control.
  • Cash flow management.
  •  Preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Preparation of annual budget.
  • Statistical analysis of business operations.
  • Preparation of year-end reporting for audit and tax returns.
  • Review and determine credit worthiness of customers.
  • Recruit, select, coach, mentor, develop and lead my department team members.
  • Active and contributing participant on company’s leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a $30M+ manufacturing organization.
  • Pre-employment background check, drug screen and industry non-compete required.
  • Food and/or meat industry experience a plus.
  •  Working knowledge of Sage 300 and MISys Manufacturing Software a plus.
  • This position is a frontline, hands-on, working manager role.
  • Must have aspirations of becoming company’s CFO within three years.
